Lilium White 3 bottles and Red 3 bottles<\/strong><\/p>\n Vineyard elevation<\/strong>: about 400 meters above sea level for white and 150 meters for red<\/p>\n Inzolia grapes come from the Partanna area at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level.<\/em> <\/p>\n The soil, rich in organic matter, has a mixed structure, tending toward sandy, where the limestone rock reserves a distinctive flavor and freshness to the wine.<\/p>\n Zibibbo grapes are grown at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level<\/em>. Exuberant when served as an aperitif the white Lilium. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Vigneto Lilium Rosso<\/strong><\/p>\n Syrah grapes come from the Partanna area at an altitude of about 150 meters above sea level. <\/em> <\/p>\n The soil has a silty-clayey structure rich in organic matter, of alluvial origin.<\/p>\n Nero d’Avola grapes are grown at an altitude of about 300 meters above <\/em>sea level in a slightly hilly, medium-textured soil rich in organic matter, where, air currents, coming from the sea, help maintain a healthy and dry environment until harvest day.<\/p>\n Harvest <\/strong><\/p>\n Late August for Syrah, second decade of September for Nero d’Avola.<\/p>\n Grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day, preserving aromas and not setting off spontaneous fermentation processes.<\/p>\n Vinification Lilium Red<\/strong><\/p>\n Selected grapes are vinified separately in steel silos at a temperature of about 25\u00b0C (77\u00b0F), macerating on the skins for about 10-15 days.<\/p>\n At the end of natural malolactic fermentation, maturation continues in steel.<\/p>\n After blending, the product ages in the bottle for another 3-4 months.<\/p>\n Organoleptic characteristics Lilium Rosso<\/strong><\/p>\n Red Lilium shows a bright ruby red color with purple highlights on the nail.<\/p>\n Very fruity bouquet with hints of red fruits such as wild berries, blackberries, raspberries and slightly spicy on the palate reminiscent of licorice.<\/p>\n A young, harmonious and pleasant wine that recalls the warmth of Sicily.<\/p>\n Pairings for Lilium Rosso:<\/strong> Recommended pairing with sauce-based dishes, main courses of meat that is not too fatty.
