White Lilium<\/strong><\/p>\n Vineyard elevation :<\/strong> about 400 meters above sea level.<\/p>\n Vineyard<\/strong><\/p>\n Inzolia grapes come from the Partanna area at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level.<\/em> <\/p>\n The soil, rich in organic matter, has a mixed structure, tending toward sandy, where the limestone rock reserves a distinctive flavor and freshness to the wine.<\/p>\n Zibibbo grapes are grown at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level<\/em>. The hilly terrain is medium-textured, rich in silt and clay.<\/p>\n The high temperature ranges between day and night, even 15 degrees, give the wine a rich bouquet of citrusy floral scents typical of Sicily.<\/p>\n Harvest <\/strong><\/p>\n First decade of September for Inzolia and second decade of September for Zibibbo.<\/p>\n Grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day so as not to set off fermentation processes that would degrade the aromas.<\/p>\n Vinification <\/strong><\/p>\n Separate vinification is carried out, in thermo-controlled steel winemakers at a temperature of 15\u00b0C to preserve aromas.<\/p>\n At the end of fermentation, maturation continues at a controlled temperature, with subsequent blending and bottling and brief bottle aging.<\/p>\n Organoleptic characteristics <\/strong><\/p>\n Lilium Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color with light greenish highlights.<\/p>\n Exhilarating on the nose for its extremely elegant aromaticity\u0300 related to the high temperature ranges between day and night; on the palate it is slightly savory and fresh, a typical characteristic conveyed by the limestone soil.Esaltante al naso per la sua aromaticit\u00e0\u0300 estremamente elegante, legata alle alte escursioni termiche tra il giorno e la notte; al palato si presenta leggermente sapido e fresco, tipica caratteristica trasmessa dal terreno calcareo.<\/p>\n Pairings<\/strong>: Recommended pairing with fish dishes, crudit\u00e9s and various main courses.
