The island microclimate, the quality of the soil and the purity of the water extracted at a depth of 70 meters make the fruit even more flavorful and valuable. Caressed by the island sun and pampered by the sea breeze, theSicilian avocado is enriched with peculiar characteristics.
The skin is smooth or rough, with a color that can turn from green to purplish depending on the quality and state of ripeness. Internally, the flesh is plentiful, yellow and creamy, with a large stone in the center.
Our Sicilian Avocado is available for sale from December to February.
