At Tenute Caracci, Sicilian winemaking tradition is combined with a passion for sustainable agriculture, producing Bio wines of the highest quality. Our white wine IGP Terre Siciliane Biologico is made from the typical Sicilian grape varieties Zibibbo and Inzolia, creating an aromatic and persistent wine, ideal for aperitifs and fish dishes.
Terre Siciliane Organic IGP red wine, made from a blend of Nero d’Avola and Syrah, has a fruity bouquet with hints of red fruits and spices, perfect for accompanying meat dishes and sauces. The grapes, harvested during the coolest hours of the day, ensure the preservation of aromas and quality.

- The Lilium Bianco is excellent sipped alone as an aperitif or throughout a meal with fish dishes such as fish crudités where the flavor of the sea is enhanced. The aromaticity of Zibibbo and the low alcohol content make it also excellent to choose for an aperitif with friends.
- The Lilium Rosso lends itself to accompanying Italian cuisine with dishes made with tomato sauces, or with lean meat. Great to drink with a charcuterie and cheese board during an entrè.

I contacted Mr. Caracci to adopt an avocado tree. He was extremely helpful, came to us with issues such as shipping and payment arrangements, and everything went smoothly despite the distance (we did everything online or by phone). But that's not all: the avocados grown on this estate are another culinary gem. Fresh, creamy and full of flavor, Caracci's avocados are among the best I have ever tasted. Every bite is a joy to the palate, and their versatility in cooking makes them an essential ingredient in many recipes. I tried them blended with oil, salt, a few drops of lemon and pepper with cod fillets!
It is clear that there is a genuine passion for the land and quality food here.
