The conventional cultivation method produces a Tenute Caracci avocado that is healthy and nutritious. The island’s microclimate, the quality of the soil, and the purity of the water extracted at a deep 70 metres make the fruit even more flavourful. Kissed by the island sun and caressed by the sea breeze, the Sicilian avocado is enriched with unique characteristics.
The green peel is smooth or rough, and can turn purple depending on its ripening. There is a yellow and creamy pulp inside, with a large stone (pit) in the center.
