Tenute Caracci in between the valleys of Modione and Belice in Partanna, in the province of Trapani.
The estate has 30 hectares of land dedicated to growing Nocellara del Belice olives, native and international varieties of vines, apricots and avocados, a tropical fruit that grows well even in Sicily.
For three generations Tenute Caracci has produced Extra-virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. Nocellara del Belice, a name that comes from the variety of the same name.

Ho contattato il sig. Caracci per adottare un albero di avocado. È stato estremamente disponibile, ci è venuto incontro per questioni come le modalità di spedizione e di pagamento, e tutto si è svolto senza problemi nonostante la lontananza (abbiamo fatto tutto in rete o per telefono). Abbiamo ricevuto delle foto del nostro albero e delle abbondanti quantità di avocado a un buon prezzo. Gli avocadi sono veramente buoni, in confronto a quelli del supermercato (che chissà da dove vengono, probabilmente dal Cile), sono più verdi e più saporiti. Nel complesso, siamo stati veramente soddisfatti.
